1:1 Coaching For Your Next Chapter

You might be considering a career change, starting something of your own, or taking on a new challenge that feels more meaningful than what you’re doing now.  It might be about what comes next as your children are getting older.

And it's not because anything is wrong — but because something else is calling for your attention.

This is coaching for people who want to explore change thoughtfully. To get clear on what they want, test ideas in the real world, and move forward with intention rather than guesswork.

Turning Interest into Direction

When you’re thinking about change, it’s easy to stay in ideas mode — turning possibilities over without quite knowing or deciding which ones are worth your time and energy.

1:1 coaching gives you space to explore those ideas properly. To look at what’s drawing you forward, what’s realistic right now, and what you actually want to build or move towards — rather than just what seems sensible on paper.

From there, the work becomes about clarity, choice, and taking steps that feel deliberate rather than rushed.

How we Work Together

This is 1:1 coaching, and every session is shaped around you.

We start from what you’re thinking about changing right now — whether that’s a career move, starting something new, or reworking how you want your life to look. There’s no set agenda and no template to follow. Each session focuses on what feels most useful to explore or decide next.

Some conversations are about testing ideas and seeing what holds up once the initial excitement fades. Others are more practical, helping you make decisions, identify next steps, and work out how to move forward in a way that fits your real life.

Most people choose to work together over a number of sessions. That gives you continuity and momentum, while keeping the work flexible and entirely on your terms.

What People Typically Work On

People come to 1:1 coaching with different starting points, but the focus is usually on shaping change rather than fixing something that’s broken.

Common themes include:

  • Career change or direction — deciding what’s next, or whether to change course

  • Starting something of your own — a business, side project, or portfolio career

  • Making space for what matters — reducing what drains energy and building more of what doesn’t

  • Taking on a new challenge — voluntary work, learning something new, or stretching yourself in a different way

  • Turning ideas into action — moving from “thinking about it” to doing something with intent

Sometimes the starting point is very specific. Other times it’s more open-ended. Either way, the work is about clarifying what you want to move towards — and making choices that support that direction.

What to Expect

  • Format: 1:1 coaching

  • Session length: 60 minutes

  • Location: Online

  • Pace: Agreed together, with time between sessions to think, test ideas, and adjust

A common starting point is a block of five sessions (£475), offering continuity without locking you into a long-term commitment.

We can adjust the number of sessions (fewer or more) to suit what you want to focus on.

If this feels like the right kind of support for what you’re thinking about changing, the next step is a short discovery call.
